WARRANTY ON MOTORIZED SHADE SYSTEMS

SunProject Toro warrants its hardware components to be free from defects and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of five (5) years from date of invoice. Motors and electrical accessories are also warranted for five (5) years from date of invoice.

Sun Project Toro warrants its materials and products in accordance with the the following conditions:

* Warranty does not cover abuse and damage caused by improper use.
* Warranty does not cover repair and alterations performed by someone other then Sunproject Toroauthorized personnel.
* Warranty does not apply to improper installation (based on Sunproject Toro installation detail and spec requirments)
* Warranty does not apply to motorized shades wired incorrectly or improperly.
* All wiring must be precisely in accordance with Sunproject Toro systems standards and wiring diagrams.
* Warranty period commences from Sunproject Toro date of invoice.

WARANTY ON LITE-LIFT OPERATED SHADE SYSTEMS

SunProject Toro warrants its LITE-LIFT OPERATED ROLLER SHADE SYSTEMS and Sun control fabrics for a period of Ten (10) years.

* Warranty does not cover abuse and damage caused by improper use.
* Warranty does not cover repair and alterations performed by someone other then Sunproject Toroauthorized personnel.
* Warranty does not apply to improper installation (based on Sunproject Toro installation detail and spec requirments)
* Bead chain is not covered under the warranty for "Standard Pull Force Chain Operated Shades". This is a maintanance service item.
* Bead chain is covered under "Ten year warranty" only on Lite-Lift chain operated shades.
* Warranty period commences from date of invoicing by Sunproject Toro.
* Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transfarable.
